Using the service
DRFC Purchasing is a private service for authorised Dursley Rugby Football Club users. By using it, you agree to these terms and to follow DRFC policies, financial controls, and instructions relevant to your role.
Your responsibilities
- Use your own DRFC Google Workspace account and keep it secure.
- Provide accurate, complete, and properly authorised information.
- Upload only documents needed for legitimate club purchasing.
- Do not disclose confidential, financial, or personal information to unauthorised people.
- Do not attempt to bypass approvals, access controls, audit records, or technical safeguards.
- Report suspected errors, misuse, security incidents, or unauthorised access promptly.
Approvals and financial records
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or payment. Approval authority, available budget, supporting evidence, and club procedures determine whether a purchase may proceed. Electronic records, timestamps, comments, and status changes may form part of the club's audit trail.
Access and availability
Access is based on your role and may be changed, suspended, or removed when responsibilities change, when an account is at risk, or when these terms are breached. DRFC may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend the service. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for personal purchasing, unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, unauthorised data collection, malware, automated abuse, or any purpose unrelated to authorised DRFC activity.
Google services
DRFC Purchasing operates using Google Workspace services, including Google Sheets, Drive, Apps Script, and AppSheet. Your use is also subject to the terms and policies that apply to your DRFC Google Workspace account.
Privacy and changes
The privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. DRFC may update these terms when the service or club procedures change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
